All TOPSTAR scaffolding boards are designed with non-slip surfaces and sufficient drainage.
It has a high capacity and good lifespan and Q235 steel is used as the principal production material. There are hot dip galvanized and pre-galvanized surface treatments, providing excellent weather resistance and preventing the steel board from corrosion with acceptable durability.
TOPSTAR scaffold metal boards are compliant with BS1139, EN12811, and the most recent safety requirements of scaffolding. All TOPTSTAR boards offer a safe and long-lasting durable solution to suit any access requirements.

1. Concave and convex holes on the surface with flanging, good anti-skid effect

Q1.How do we manufacture the planks?
For the manufacturing of the Planks, TOPSTAR uses both Roll forming and CNC bending machines to provide customized width and length. For the different types of Embossing, we are using Hydraulic and Mechanical Power Presses according to Embossing Style. Our Tool Room and R&D Department take care of Dies Punches and New developments. For the Assemblies and Welding, we have certified welders and Automatic Robotic Welding
Machines. We utilize the type of welding as per Plank's Design.

Q2. How many production lines of steel plank do you have?
8 fully automatic steel board processing production lines in size 210×45mmã€225×38mmã€240×45mmã€250× 50mm and 300 *50mm;

Q3.How to guarantee quality?
We have a quality inspection department to check size, weight, and surfaces, and test the plank's maximum load, and concentrated load before delivery. We allow any third party to inspect goods.
