Structure Instruction of Cable Granulator:
1. Crusher: There are blades and screens inside the crushing system of the cable granulator.
2. Separator: The separating system of the cable recycling machine is under the crusher. It includes a vibrating table and exits for copper(aluminum) and plastic granules.
3. Dust collector: This part includes a bag dust collector and filter core.
4. Small vibrator: There are two small vibrating machines that are used for the second separating of output copper and plastic granules to improve the purity.
Operating of Cable Granulator:
Preparation: Operators need to classify the cables according to their different diameters and make sure they are not wrapped in bales.
With fast rotating blades, the machine will shred the wires to small granules firstly. Then the mixed cable granules will drop into the separating system. The vibrating table will separate copper granules and plastic granules by throwing them through a different exits.
Finally, small vibrators will finish second separating to get clean copper and plastic.
Package and Delivery of Cable Granulator:
WG-300A copper cable recycling machine will be wrapped in plastic film firstly. Then it will be packed with exportation standard wooden case.
